Marketing Operations & Content Manager
Streamline Publishing — Full-Time | Remote
About Streamline Publishing
Streamline Publishing is a media, education, and events company serving artists around the world. Through our magazines, newsletters, video instruction, virtual events, in-person conventions, retreats, and community-driven products, we help artists grow in skill, confidence, and connection.
We operate in a high-volume, marketing-driven environment with multiple brands, recurring launches, and a steady rhythm of campaigns across events, courses, memberships, and media products.
We are building a lean, specialist-driven marketing team that can move quickly, stay organized, and produce strong work without unnecessary complexity.
The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations & Content Manager to serve as the day-to-day lead of our marketing department.
This is a player-coach operator role. You will not be a passive manager. You will actively help turn strategy into execution by leading campaign planning, writing and directing core copy, managing workflows, overseeing specialists, improving reporting visibility, and helping the team operate with more clarity and ownership.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing, but this role is expected to lead the department day-to-day and keep campaigns moving across a fast-paced environment with many brands, deadlines, and priorities.
If you are a senior content practitioner with strong marketing chops who wants real ownership—of strategy, of output, and of a team—and who has developed a mastery of AI-assisted content production without losing the human judgment that makes great marketing distinct, this role is built for you.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable:
- Writing strong marketing copy
- Running a launch calendar
- Reviewing specialist output
- Improving workflows and dashboards
- Keeping a lean team aligned and accountable
What You’ll Own

- Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing lead for campaign execution
Content & Copy Leadership
- Write and refine campaign copy across email, landing pages, and supporting marketing assets
- Develop messaging frameworks and creative briefs that guide campaign execution
- Ensure messaging is clear, compelling, on-brand, and aligned with the offer
- Review and elevate copy and creative output produced across the team
- Act as the senior copy lead for the department
Team Leadership & Workflow Management
- Directly manage a small team of marketing specialists
- Prioritize work across the department and keep projects moving
- Run recurring team meetings and maintain visibility on priorities, bottlenecks, and deliverables
- Provide feedback, structure, and accountability that improve day-to-day execution
- Help the department operate independently and effectively under leadership direction
Reporting, Dashboards & Performance Visibility
- Maintain a clear reporting rhythm for campaign and team performance
- Track key marketing metrics and help improve visibility across launches and recurring campaigns
- Improve dashboards, reporting workflows, and internal performance visibility
- Identify underperforming campaigns, weak messaging, or recurring bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Process Improvement & AI-Enabled Efficiency
- Standardize templates, workflows, briefs, and checklists that improve marketing execution
- Help improve team efficiency through better processes and smarter operating systems
- Use AI tools fluently to accelerate content production, planning, summarization, research, and workflow support
- Bring a builder’s mindset to improving how the department works over time

- Messaging and creative are clearer, stronger, and more consistent across channels
- Specialists are better aligned, better managed, and more accountable in their roles
- Reporting is more visible, more useful, and easier to act on
